EVERY EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE WAS ONCE A FRESHER.

Not getting job due to lack of experience,

Not getting experience due to lack of job.

The cycle continues..........

Getting into Data Analytics and Data Science Industry is tough for Freshers. You might have built multiple projects, you might know how to use tools, you might have an analytical mind, but a recruiter always wants an experienced candidate. Even after filling hundreds of job applications, you receive one or two calls and would hung up after asking your experience. This is the problem of Freshers for all Job Profiles.

Can we not learn from the resources available online? There exists multiple other questions as well, But I choose to keep it with me!

As of 2021, India produced 15 lakh Engineering graduates every year. Out of which, nearly 2.5 lakh engineers get relevant jobs in technical domains. Others choose to be youtubers, digital marketer, business developers, actors, or ended up being alcohol and drug addict.

All this is happening when Engineering is the largest industrial sector and it contributes around 3.53% to the nation's GDP(110 Billion USD). According to a 2022 report, engineers contributed over Rs. 2.5 lakh crore (approximately $33 billion) in direct taxes.

Despite their significant contribution, engineers in India face challenges like job insecurity, skill mismatch, and low starting salaries.

When somebody can hire experienced candidate, why nurture a young lad? Every company projects itself as a Fresher's well-wisher, how many of them have been able to keep up to their promises post covid is a BIG QUESTION.

Fresher have the potential of becoming experienced professionals if they get opportunities. They bring in huge enthusiasm, different ideas, and eagerness to do better. Hiring authorities and so called Talent Acquisition wannabes forget the fact that EVERY EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE WAS ONCE A FRESHER.

What helps me keep doing is an old saying about Bihar's Mountain-Man Dashrath Majhi, " Jab tak todeinge nhi, Tab tak chhodeinge nhi ". Send this post to your people and remind them of a RESTART.
